Pavilion Theatre
The Pavilion Theatre is situated on the promenade end of Worthing Pier. The Theatre was built in 1926, and has a high decorated proscenium archway over the stage, giving a unique and regal elegance. With the sea as a back drop and the town close by, this is a lovely venue for any event.
This versatile multi use venue has hosted a wide range of events from The National Lottery Prize Draw to Art and Craft fairs and dinner dances, to successful conferences.
Disabled Access
Access to the Pavilion Theatre and its box office is via a ramp, situated on the west side of the main entrance, giving level access from the foyer to the balcony area, plus the adjoining Denton Lounge bar and buffet. Access from the balcony to the lower auditorium is via internal ramp.
For wheelchair users there are up to 17 spaces in āZā row and wheelchairs and seats can be mixed allowing friends to sit together. There are special toilet facilities in the Denton Lounge.
There is a loop system for the hard of hearing. Guide dogs permitted in the auditorium.
