In person: Bookings can be made in person at any box office.
We regret that playsaver discounts cannot currently be booked online.
Payment
Credit and Debit Cards accepted (except American Express) Tickets will not be reserved without payment, with the exception of group bookings of ten or more people. We reserve the right to suspend reservations where necessary.
Concessions apply to Seniors (60 plus); Fulltime students; Income Support; Children (2-16 yrs) and Registered Disabled.
Group discount (10%) is available for parties of ten or more.
School/Youth Groups of ten or more £10 per ticket.
For advance bookings a flat fee of £1.50 is charged per transaction, regardless of how many plays are booked, which includes postage of tickets. Bookings made within three days will be held by Worthing Theatres and will be available from the box office one hour prior to performance.
Exchanges cannot be made on the same day as, or after the event. Tickets may be exchanged at our Box offices for a small charge. However, we will exchange PlaySaver tickets for an alternative performance of the same production without an exchange fee before the day of the performance. Refunds are only available to those who have taken out Ticket Plan Protection. Terms and conditions apply.
Special requirements
Our staff are always happy to assist please make any special requirements known at the time of booking.
Remember that the ‘T’ switch on hearing aids also stands for ‘Theatre’. Headsets are available on request. On certain shows it will not be possible to operate the loop system. Disabled access includes lift to Fraser's Bar. Wheelchair positions are limited and advanced booking is strongly recommended.
Car parking deal
We have teamed up with NCP in Worthing and can now offer our customers special rates:
High Street Multi-Storey Car Park at the Guildbourne Centre
5 minutes walk from the Connaught Theatre.
Monday to Saturday Enter the car park after 1pm and pay £1.20 per hour with a maximum charge of £6 for up to 24 hours. Validate your car park ticket at the Box office to receive this rate.
After 6pm and on Sundays the rate is £1 per hour up to a maximum of £3. Please note: car park charges are liable to change as car parks are operated by NCP.
FREE PARKING is available at the Civic Car Park adjacent to the Assembly Hall, Stoke Abbott Road after 4pm Monday to Friday; after 6pm on Saturday and all day Sunday.
