Please note advance bookings include a £2 administration charge for telephone transactions and £1.50 for purchases online. These fees include postage and apply irrespective of the number of concerts booked. Any tickets purchased within four working days of an event are held by Worthing Theatres and available from the box office one hour prior to performance.
In person: at the Connaught and Pavilion box offices daily or Assembly Hall box office from 45 minutes before performances.
Students and under 16s: £6 any concert.
Group discount (10%) is available for parties of 10 or more. Only one discount applies per ticket and discounts are not available online.
Payment: Credit and debit cards are accepted (not American Express). Tickets will not be reserved without payment except for group bookings of ten or more. We reserve the right to suspend reservations where necessary. Exchanges cannot be made on the day of the concert or after it has taken place but may be exchanged in advance at our box offices for a small charge. We will exchange Symphony Season tickets for an alternative concert from this season, without an exchange fee before the day of the performance. Refunds are only available for those who have taken out Ticket Plan Protection. Terms and conditions apply.
